Located on the ground floor, this bright and welcoming 25m² room is perfectly suited for people with reduced mobility.
Opening onto the countryside, it offers direct access to the swimming pool and spa.
Furnished around the theme of travel, it invites you to discover the activities of Le Coteau des Sens and explore local experiences. For your comfort, its 1.60m Queen Size bed is perfect for relaxing, along with a 9m² private bathroom.

Also located on the first floor, this room for 4 people offers a direct view and a magnificent panorama over the hillsides.
This spacious room is ideal for families, allowing everyone to enjoy moments together while preserving privacy.
It offers 4 beds, including 2 bunk beds and a comfortable sofa bed. The layout allows everyone to keep their own personal space.

The cottage of Le Coteau des Sens
Attached to the owners’ house, the cottage of Le Coteau des Sens offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in the heart of the vineyards.
With its three bedrooms, each equipped with a private bathroom, it allows everyone to enjoy their own privacy. The fully equipped kitchen gives you the freedom to cook your meals or prepare picnics for your excursions. The peaceful atmosphere of the rooms and the quality of our beds will provide the rest you need for your holidays. Barbecue, shaded outdoor tables, pétanque area and badminton court allow you to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces of the estate.

An ideal location
Our estate is easily accessible thanks to the many nearby train stations, with shuttle services available on request. (Castillon-la-Bataille train station 5 km away, Saint-Seurin-sur-l’Isle train station 20 km away, Libourne and Bordeaux train stations 25 and 50 km away.)
Bordeaux–Mérignac Airport is only 50 km away, also with shuttle services available on request. Access by road is just as easy, whether by major roads and motorways or through our charming countryside roads winding between villages, vineyards and fields.
Charm, peace and conviviality
Enjoy charming, high-quality accommodation where conviviality is just as important as comfort. Everything has been designed so you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the many activities and experiences available throughout the estate.
The living areas and bedrooms are air-conditioned, with Wi-Fi connection. Bed linen and towels are provided for all rooms, and each one has its own private bathroom with shower. The rooms are also equipped with a ceiling fan, wardrobe and TV. In the morning, if you wish, enjoy a generous breakfast made with fresh and local products, served in the lounge or on the rooftop of Le Coteau des Sens. The atmosphere is peaceful, family-friendly and welcoming for a relaxing stay. Enjoy 1.5 hours of spa access included on your first night, as well as free access to the swimming pool.
